BJ Young says IU is #1

According to College Hoops Journal editor Matt Norlander, Indiana is at the top of the list for class of 2011 PG BJ Young. The 6-4 Young, who attends Mccleur North in Florissant, MO, is ranked by rivals as the #8 point guard in the class and the #33 overall prospect.
This news comes via Norlander's Twitter account, on which he tweeted these:
PG BJ Young, the No. 21 Scout.com '11 recruit, just told me his top five, in order, are: Indiana, Ark, Baylor, Marquette, Illinois State
He also said Prov, Purdue, Iowa have offered scholarships within the past 2 weeks, and Va. Tech has shown interest but not pulled trigger
Young would be a tremendous recruit for Tom Crean and staff, as he would be able to contribute immediately and presumably start at PG in his second year (or even first). While some of the big time 2011 prospects whose feelings towards Indiana are uncertain (see: Branden Dawson, Aaron Thomas, Chane Behanan), it is refreshing to hear a big name recruit naming IU at the top of their list for once.
