Congrats to Derrick Rose, your NBA MVP

I know this is an Indiana Hoosiers site, but I thought that this local Windy City story deserved some recognition. I want to personally thank Derrick Rose for bringing the Chicago Bulls, his hometown team, back to the top of the professional basketball world. When the Bulls lucked into the first pick in the 2008 draft, there was no doubt in my mind that the Chicago kid was the right choice. Now here we are, just three seasons later, and the 22-year old Rose is the youngest MVP winner in NBA history. He is also the leader of the number 1 team in the Eastern Conference. At such a young age and with such unlimited potential, Derrick will most likely be the face of the Bulls franchise for years to come.

Thank you for everything, Derrick, and congratulations on this historic achievement!!!
