Jeremy Hollowell shines at Best of the Best camp

This past weekend, top high school players from across the country gathered in Atlanta for the Under Armour Best of the Best camp. Rivals.com wrote up a nice piece detailing the stars of the camp. Some local prospects certainly made some noise down South this weekend.

From the free article:
On 2012 verbal Jeremy Hollowell: "shot the ball very well the whole weekend but also used his size to score inside."

On 2013 prospect Zak Irvin: "showed off a lethal long-range jumper all weekend in Atlanta. He doesn't need much room to get his shot off either."
(Irvin is a teammate of 2012 stud Gary Harris at Hamilton Southeastern)

The writers also noted that Mitch McGary, a Chesterton IN native now playing at Brewster Academy, was the star of the camp. McGary's recruitment has blown up this AAU season and he saw his Rivals150 ranking skyrocket from the mid 90s to #5 overall. McGary was originally in the class of 2011 and held an IU offer in that class. Now that he is a 2012 recruit, a number of other national powers have gotten involved. Rivals reports that McGary now holds offers from Kansas, Texas, Arizona, Marquette, Xavier, Cincinnati, Miami (FL) and Dayton, as well as interest from the likes of Duke, Michigan and more.
